      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order to upgrade my current contract to the Samsung S20 5G nearly new today. I meant to order the new version, not nearly new. Is it possible to change the upgrade to this as I haven't received the new phone yet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
