PS4 received but not working

I have purchased and PS4 on my contract. I have received. I tried to play UFC 2 on it and it shows a funny screen and goes off. On Netflix works fine. I need to return it and get a working one.

Please advise.

What does the funny screen look like? Are there any error messages?

Thanks for reply. Aparently EE just cash in the money for the PS4 and I
have to sort it out with Sony. Luckily they are cool and will replace my
new, broken one, with a refurbished version hopefully after 15 days. So I
will pay for a second hand PS4 at the price of a new one... I suppose it's
bad karma.

How long have you has the PS4 for, @Gerula?

Have Sony confirmed that it's faulty?
