I requested to trade in my old phone last Wednesday 16th September but haven’t yet received the packaging to send it in. Would it be okay to use the prepaid labels attached to the email I got confirming my trade in order?

Also, does anyone know the current turnaround time for receiving payment?

I don't see why not, as long as you use a sealed, padded envelope.

What was the context on the email? Does it say to use those pre-paid labels?

As soon as Brightstar receive the phone, a bank transfer will be issued and should arrive within a couple of days.

Hi Chris

The email says that if I’ve opted for the fast track option then to print the label. I had chose to be sent the packaging however.
