Hi there

myself and husband have everything with EE - phones watches tv broadband mifi - everything.

Upgraded phones again with EE - ordered BT sport in box - paid £45 to a company - got order confirmation 5th Sept - NOTHING HAS COME.

Chased EE - they cant do anything - give you an email and phone number to coontact KONDOR?

No one answers any of the phone options - have tried all day - and no one replies to the emails.

Will claim my money back though paypal -

EE customer BEWARE - its a scam!!!

@becsfell How have you paid for them when EE don’t accept PayPal.

It came as an offer to add under an upgrade and then takes you to their payment page via PayPal. Have requested refund with PayPal.

Did you get this through EE directly or through a third party?
