      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am an EE customer, I ordered a&amp;nbsp; new phone upgrade + new plan on the 4th of September, I had an email confirming the order but no more communication. I need the new phone urgently as I am due to travel abroad at the end of this week. I did try to track my order number on the website but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know how to contact you because so far all my attempts have failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking forward to hear from you soon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend giving us a call on 150 from your current EE handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our customer care team will be able to chase this further,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
