Has anyone recieved their pre ordered online new Samsung?

I ordered and was expecting it today and i haven't had any text messages or emails.

Feeling a bit let down as I could have gone in store to sort it.

@Em74 Customers are receiving them. Just to point out a pre order is not a guarantee of receiving that order on launch day. It never has been. Have you received a tracking number ? Did you receive a XKO number when you ordered this ?

Yes I did

When I put details in on the track delivery it tells me they cant track my delivery at the moment.

Also will I still be able to claim the podsdo I have to qait for delivery of my phone??

Our Samsung Pre-Order Support Article will give you all of the details on how to make a claim.

You will see a link that takes you directly to the Samsung Claim Portal.

How can I find out when my phone will be delivered?

My email says 21st but still waiting. No text or email to advise me.

Hi @Em74,

You can use the online order tracker to keep up to date with your delivery.

You will need your email address and your 12 digit order number which will start XKN. This will be on your confirmation email.

DPD will text you the day before your order is due to be delivered with the details.
