I placed 2 orders at the start of August, I had a confirmation email for both. But I haven’t heard anything since. Is anyone else having this issue?

I ordered the Apple Watch series 5 40mm 32gb as pay monthly.

i also ordered some AirPods as an add on to my phone contract.
