Pre order is back order

Just pre ordered the note 20 ultra Over the phone but when I got the text through It says back order confirmed instead of pre order, does this mean I will miss out on the claim a free gift from Samsung? Today is the last day apparantly for pre order.

Hi @Tang5204,

As long as you pre-ordered the phone today, I'm sure that it means that you are eligible (I checked the Terms and Conditions). A back order probably means that your pre order will not arrive until after the queue of existing orders is fulfilled, but as your purchase would have come through for confirmation, then it's within the pre-order timeline as it expires at the end of today.

I hope so! Wish they told me if it was out of stock or I would of picked another colour!

I was going to change my order to a 512GB model instead, but the rep on the phone told me that it meant I would end up back at the end of the queue. I pre-ordered within 30 minutes of the Unpacked event and even I don't have tracking information!

I'm a new customer - mine just says "Thanks for your order". I've since received an email telling me that my order will be delivered tomorrow.
