No delivery date/info

I’ve ordered a Samsung S6 Lite tablet on pay monthly which I’ve added to my contact, I received an email on Sunday morning after I placed the order saying usually dispatched within a day but I’ve still not received any text and when I try to track the order it says it can’t be. I’ve tried getting in contact with customer service but can’t get through right now

What happens when you call 150 from your EE handset?

Hi, I managed to get through last night, seemed the order had only partially been completely and was told it was fixed now and due for delivery today. I received a new email confirming that however I’ve not had a text this morning as I was told I would, and the tracking still won’t show anything for me, is this because it’s the old tracking number? There was no new tracking on the email yesterday.

Hi @AishahJones,

What time was your order completed last night?

If it was well into the evening your order may not reach the courier in time for delivery today. If that's the case, it would be delivered tomorrow.

If your order is arriving today, you'll receive a text with tracking details before 11am.

It was around 6pm, so I was a little surprised when the lady on the phone said it would be with me today.
