didnt get my reference number

hi there

i ordered a phone yesterday as i was due an upgrade done this over live chat.

got a confirmation email but no email way reference number. i have checked junk/spam and theres nothing.

is there anyway i can find out if its on its way.

just in case im not going to be in.

I did manage to speak to someone on live chat said would be here today but
just so i can track it incase im not going to be in.

You will receive an email or text from DPD to let you know when the phone is due to be delivered.

Colour was auroa blue if thats how you spell it haha and size ive no idea.

I havent received anything from them yet either.

Got it sorted n got my phone.

I now just need to sort the deal I got.
It's not what the person said it would be on live chat. Sent email of the
transcript to the person I was talking to today's boss. And he was meant to
phone me earlier on today but haven't had a call.
