Hi there,

I upgraded my handset and plan a few weeks ago. I was sent the new handset and accompanying new SIM card and registered this. However, on logging into the EE app it does not recognise that I am on a new plan and in fact when I try and see what plan I am on it produces an error. It also still shows my previous data allowance (4gb) rather than my new allowance (40gb). I have gone over my allowance because of this and been forced to buy additional data. Can someone help?

thanks,

Dan
