Hi me again i have one question. Today i’m get one order iphone 11 pro but didnt canceled because didn’t respond. For example now i’m get again new order for 11 pro max and tomorrow i say for delivery man 11 pro i want to refund because im waiting for another phone possible?

@Darkend69 : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

Okey i’m understand but today im tried many times calling for cancelled my order but didn’t respond and tomorrow my order morning or afternoon here... possibile talking with delivery guy? For cancelling or refunding? And me no get packet ?

If you can't manage to speak to them, why not just email the cancellation form?
