      <title>How long for an upgrade order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Placed an order on 3rd August, received my confirmation email but nothing else since. Is there a Covid delay at the moment? Order ref&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;xkoxxxxxxxxx and every time I try and track I get an error message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, in stock. It did say "Last few left, when they're gone, they're gone" but it seems odd that I've had nothing since order confirmation on 3rd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest getting in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150, they can get this checked for you and give you an update on the order &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
