&lt;P&gt;We need to understand what you've done here, in order to help. When you say you "ordered a new SIM only deal", where did you order this, and how? &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changing an existing EE monthly plan to a new SIM-only plan would have meant you logged into your myEE or called C/S, in which case the number should have been double-checked, I'd have thought.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or have you bought a new plan from a third-party website that wasn't an upgrade but was a new contract with a new number? It doesn't sound like it, but let's check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
