I ordered a new phone on Saturday. but not had no more updates with what's happening. I was then told Sunday I was told that I would receive it today but still not heard anything from any one.

yeah I received the confirmation email but not heard nothing else. order was placed on Saturday the phone was a Huawei y6 2019

yeah it was for a new pay as you go phone. yea I made a payment and yes it's gone from my bank

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email from us and you will get a text message from DPD the day before your phone is going to be delivered.
