      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I paid £20 for a PAYG SIM with data package on the 16th July, no sign of it.&lt;BR /&gt;I can't use customer services (either phone or chat) as I don't know the number of the SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;What do I do to chase this order?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer Service is for customers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To prove you are a customer you need the EE phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know the phone number on the SIM as it hasn't arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
