I ordered my phone on Wednesday and I still haven’t received any email to say when my phone will be delivered

I can’t get through to them on the phone because my number isn’t registered with EE yet until I get my new phone

I have just called them on this number ‭0800 079 0531‬. They were really helpful, that said that there’s some glitch in the system and the orders are going through but they can’t see it on there end but I was on the phone for 5 mins and they sorted it for me. Hope this helps

I had the same thing I ordered a phone yesterday and received an email to say it had gone through successfully and that I'd get an dispatched email shortly but so far I've received nothing.

Yes, if you've added a PS4 to your plan, you'll receive a separate dispatch notice from DPD, @Winterfell20.
