Phone delivery to Matalan

Hi can anyone tell me why my phone is being delivered to Matalan when I was asked to confirm my home address for delivery? Is there any way to change it so it will come to my house?

unfortunately once it's set to go to a pick up point it usually cant be changed.

you can try speaking with customer services on freephone 0800 317 720 to see if they can get it changed for you.

DPD say its down to the sender to change delivery address...Im not going to be able to collect it for a while as I dont really fancy dragging my child out to the shops to queue for ages to collect something. Why wasnt I told it would be sent there then I could of requested it to come to my home.

@bensmumsam normally it would only be sent there at the customers request.
