EE perks code not working

Hello

I have an EE perks discount code and I am trying to apply it to Google phone.
It is not letting me. I know it works as I tried it with an Apple phone.

There is no discount already applied to the Google phone either.

Help please.

Do you get an error message when you enter your Perk code?
