I have ordered a phone online. It is due to be deliverd soon. However I am away for the time being and would like someone else to accept the delivery. How do I allow another person to accept the delivery?

@bvanessa971 The other person just needs to show photo ID.

Just adding to @Chris_B's reply, they need to have the same surname as you to be allowed to sign for it.
