where is my order

Can someone tell me when my phone will be delivered? I got an email on 8th of July to say the order is on its way and that I would get a text or email the day before its due to be delivered. I haven't heard anything since and I am unable to track using my order number, it just says they don't have any more details and they will email me before it will be delivered. This is useless. The phone is for my daughter and is needed urgently. I need to know when this will arrive or if I should just cancel it and go to a shop since they are open again. If someone can please message me or email me privately regarding this as I dont want to put order details on a public post.

Can you let me know the make, model and variant of the phone your ordered? I can check the stock level and estimated delivery time for you.

Was it the 8th July that you placed the order via the online shop?

Hi,

The phone got delivered about an hour after I posted this today. I didnt get any notification from DPD that it was on the way but thankfully here now.
