I bought a phone from here on saturday had confirmation email but had nothing since as I am need of my new phone asap please can u tell me what is going on with my order

I've also ordered a phone on Friday 10th it’s taken my £50 upfront cost but not heard anything else,didn’t think it would take this long to receive a txt or email from dpd..
