Signed a contract online in EE website on 08 Jun 2020.

Order the ESIM card on 10 Jun 2020. But the guy help me over the phone did let me know it will stop my old sim card when I apply for esim.

12 Jun 2020 scan and use my pixel 4 XL. But I find a scratches on the screen and my phone was not cover with plastic film as the youtube video.

Apply return online 13 Jun 2020

Apply return online 14 Jun 2020 over the phone and turn off the phone put back into the case.

Post the phone on 20 Jun 2020

23 Jun 2020 it is arrived

Call EE 25 Jun 2020, what going on after this.

They said my contract is cancelled !!!!! And they sent message to my phone!!!!!

And they haven't receive delivery!!!!

I need phone EE on next Monday !!!

I call EE again, and they finally received my package! They said I will get refund in next month !!!

And take 30 mins make another new order over the phone !!! Then they need do a credit check will phone me back . But they did not phone back after 2 hour.

Phone 150 again run a credit check again with other staff.

Take £100 deposit and £6.98 for next day delivery!

So I will have the phone in next day.

I received a phone, 64GB PIXELS 4XL !!!!!!

I bought 128 GB one, I have the confirmation PDF.

Thanks God, I survived 3 weeks withOUT a smartphone in 2020 !!!

And now it can be looooooonger !

Phone EE, and they said warehouse have not scan and update the phone yet!

I sighed contract on 8 Jun 2020, there is one more day for a month, look in to my bank account,

8 Jun £50

16 Jun £39

30 Jun £56.98

30 Jun £100

Charge me immediately, but I have to wait and wait forever !!!!

Ye !!! They have received the 64gb pixel yesterday!

And there is £9.01 take by EE from my account, I don't know what is that for!

Anyway I need make another contract over the phone, it is not £39 monthly any more !
