Beats X free Apple watch not arrived

Hi I ordered an Apple Watch in March and was told the beats X headphones would be sent out after 2 weeks.

ive chased three weeks ago and was told a new set would be sent out and arrive after a week.

so far I still haven’t received them

can you advise ???
