      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered my upgrade yesterday and chose a delivery slot for Saturday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then received an email today saying "&lt;SPAN&gt;We need a bit more information from you to complete the order. If you can give us a call on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="tel:+448000790531" target="_blank"&gt;0800 079 0531".&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then received a further email 3 minutes mylater saying that my order is l on its way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to call a few times. Most times I'm just told the lines are too busy and to phone back later, but was on hold for like 10 minutes once before being cut off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already made the upfront payment and it's an upgrade on my current contract. Do you think the original was sent in error, can't think what other info is needed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
