      <title>Problems with new phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So have just bought a new phone. Need to transfer my number to my new phone. I’ve received my PAC code but says it’s wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also when I bought this new contract/phone it was with insurance that included a screen protector and case. Both of which haven’t arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you call CS they can transfer your number via your PAC code. The screen protector normally takes 14 days to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;
