Unable to track order no comfirmation email

Hi I phoned up yesterday to order a Samsung watch and the guy said it would come today but I have had no confirmation email no order number and nothing from dpd but it has appeared on the my ee app when I log onto that

Hi @meerkatsam22.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for a confirmation email?

DPD will send you a text or an email when your order is ready for delivery.

Hi I did checked all folders in my email using my laptop and I didn't get any messages from dpd. Thanks anyway for replying but my parcel turned up without warning just good job I was in
