No update on order

Good Afternoon EE,

On Tuesday 23rd June I ordered a new Apple Watch 5 series (44mm) Space Grey and Black Strap via customer services on 150.

I have paid the £30 upfront fee and this fee has come out of my bank account. However I have received no confirmation of the order or an update regarding delivery.

please help

Welcome to the community.

The current delivery guidance for that version is to expect dispatch within 14 days.

DPD will be in contact with you when it's ready to be delivered.
