Sony Xperia 1 Free Blue Tooth Speaker not delivered how do I claim it?

My upgrade in April Sony Xperia 1 should have come with a free bluetooth speaker as part of the promotion and I have been trying to claim it ever since.

How do I claim the speak as I contacted Sony and the said it was EE responsibility.

I have the same issue and I have contacted Sony and they told me to contact you. I contacted you and you told me to contact Xperia rewards and I have heard nothing back.

The link was also for EE customers when the promotion was running.

Did you submit a claim after you received your phone?

If you didn't submit your claim to Sony before the promotion ended it may no longer be possible.

Firstly Sony have stated that EE are responsible for supplying the speaker and have contacted sony, EE twice on the matter with no joy.

Even if the offer has ended I was sold a phone from EE that came with a Sony speaker with no warning of a time limit or how to claim the speaker.
