No order number

Hi,

I upgraded my phone yesterday and also changed from a business account to a personal account so that I could use my NHS discount. I received an order confirmation email which states my order is on its way, but I have heard nothing since and the email does not have an order reference number on it to enable me to track the order.

I would like an update or some information on this, will my new phone arrive today as advised?

Have you been able to track your order using the online order tracker?

What phone did you order?

Please also provide colour and memory size.
