I placed an order for a phone upgrade 10 days ago, had an email confirmation but my phone still hasn't been delivered. When will it arrive?

Hi Katie,

The phone is a Samsung Galaxy A51 good as new, 128GB, Crush white.

My order confirmation said it was available to order and to expect dispatch within 7 days.

When I check on order tracking it says it is unable to give me an update.
