24hrs after upgrading to new contrast, phone not shipped and no money taken out

Yesterday i upgraded my contract and order the iPhone 11, got an email saying the order has went through but 24 hrs after still no sign of the phone being shipped or the £29 i was suppose to pay yesterday for the phone? I am also keeping my number and was told my contract would update within 24 hrs but still the old one.

I understand that it may sometimes take longer to ship but why hasn't the money came off my account for the phone?
