      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch active 2, I already have a contract with my phone, I have a email which I have received my XKO order number, this was as of monday, It was also in stock,&amp;nbsp; I know this can sometimes take time, B&lt;SPAN&gt;ut what I find strange is that the upfront cost was £20 but I still haven't been charged? Do I need the order to be fully processed? Many thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I think it'll be worth checking the order with the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt;. They'll be able to check everything is OK with the order.&lt;/P&gt;
