      <title>Upgrade ordered, unable to track order via tracker</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a new handset / contract last week. I paid my up-front fee and early upgrade fee, however have not received anything since the "we've got your order" email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to track my order using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;XKO code, however I receive -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am also unable to see my current tariff, addons etc via the MyEE app. Any idea what could be holding this up? I'd prefer not to call CS if possible&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for any help you can give me &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
