Received a confirmation email on my order but no record of order on my account

I have upgraded my phone on the ee app and received a confirmation email however when I sign in to the app there is no record of the upgrade. I received another email telling me to ring up 08000790531 to confirm some details but there is no answer. I am so confused as I have completed the order and have had order confirmation. I have tried calling 150 but they said to just come to the online support team.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can pass you to our digital sales team.

The digital sales team will be able to give you an update on this.
