    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t work out how to post so have had to reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a grey ultra on the 4th and have had the run around ever since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the store 100% assured me the phone would be delivered on release day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thats the only reason I ordered because my current phone is broken. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A month later and no updates at all, 150 tell me to ring the store, the store tell me to ring 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;upgrades told me they have black in stock and could swap the order but I have to go into the store to sort this, I pointed out that the store is closed understandably and 150 told me there’s nothing they can do until the stores open again, I can’t cancel the order and buy elsewhere, I cant swap to the black.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one agent asked me to email him and hed sort it, I did and got nothing back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One guy told me he could help but then couldn’t&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one guy said they had no ultras, one said they had black.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one said he could swap it then tried and couldn’t.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im completely lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it’s a hard time but I’m a key worker and don’t have a working phone right now with little option to find one of my order can be sent or cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it would just be nice to know what’s going on or have some options, customer services tell me something different each time I ring and I have no faith they’re been honest as each conversation contradicts the last.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’d just love to sort something out so I can get on with work, my power buttons missing and screens detached, I can’t repair my current phone right now and would have just gone for an iphone is I was told there would be so much of a delay. This virus wasn’t a problem when this process started and other have their phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it feels like EE have sold more than they had and now can’t help, some people are getting extras, discounts, £30 credit. I’ve been offered nothing, hot no clue what’s happening or when, it feels like really poor service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;id order elsewhere where it’s in stock but don’t want to end up with two phones&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Ultra is the most popular variant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It hasnt been delayed just a lot of demand which Samsung wont be able to fulfill on release day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is if you pre order ultra now you wont get it on release. Samsung states on its website it is out of stock and not available to order at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They just wanted to confirm order etc etc and ovine trade in condition etc.... Confirmed old phone must be sent 14 days AFTER receiving new one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't preordered the Ultra but the S20+ and my expected delivery date is also the 10th of March. This is the same delivery date if you preordered from Samsung and other networks like O2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
