Welcome to the EE Community,

If you call 0800 317 720 from 8AM a customer service advisor will be able to check your account to see if your upgrade orders have been processed correctly and if not they will be able to pass you through to a upgrade advisor who will be able to process your orders for you.

Thanks,

Upgrade Order

I ordered my wife and I new phones for our upgrade. I have received a confirmation email, but no money has been taking out of my bank account. I have checked the "Check my Order" and it says, "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now." My only worry is that EE uses Visa Verify and my bank doesn't use that check anymore and just gives me an exit button. I haven't received any texts or emails since then and it has been over 24 hours. Should I just retry with a different card or just wait?
