    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new PAYG phone and got a confirmation email with an "xko" order number on 22 May 2020. The order was a Galaxy A20e white. I've not heard anything since. Please could you let me know how this order is progressing? The email said "Usually despatched within 1 day". thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
