PAYG phone ordered 22/05/2020, no delivery date

I ordered a new PAYG phone and got a confirmation email with an "xko" order number on 22 May 2020. The order was a Galaxy A20e white. I've not heard anything since. Please could you let me know how this order is progressing? The email said "Usually despatched within 1 day". thanks.

I've tried to call customer services, but there is no way to get through without an EE phone number, which I do not have 🙂

I've checked and the phone is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day.
