How long does it take to process a refund?

I returned a galaxy s20 at the end of April, its been two weeks now and just getting curious to when i can expect to receive it.

You should receive your refund within 14 days of your phone being scanned and checked in at the warehouse.

Thanks for your help, however I received confirmation that my phone had been accepted on the 1st May and i still have had nothing.

Is there any chance there is an email address i can use to contact someone directly to resolve this as im continually being redirected to the forums?
