Hi,

I ordered a iPhone 11 Pro 64GB Space Grey on 12 Apr 2020, but it still hasn't arrived.

No email and text about delivery.

I ordered Apple Watch 5 it said dispatched within a day but I have heard nothing since, it’s a pay monthly

It is very difficult to contact with customer care.

I placed and paid for the order 6 weeks ago.
