I phoned yesterday to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11 I was told on the phone this would be with me today but I’ve not had any email from EE to say this had been done nor have I had any text from DPD.

I am in the same situation. I was told that phone will be today, and I should get email or text from DPD this morning, but not thing really happened. On tracking it says that I waiting on confirmation??

I can’t even get tracking as not had an email with any tracking number 😞

I got through by phone the iPhone 11 in purple is out of stock so that’s why it’s not being delivered said it could take up to 7 days.
