Bought Damage Cover - can't seem to be able to claim my free Minute One case?

Hi guys,

New phone arrived 2 days ago. Got a text saying I can claim a free 24.99 phone cover as I bought into Damage Cover but cannot seem to be able to do it on the link provided.

Frustratingly, the EE guy on the phone after selling me Damage cover said he could sell me a phone cover for £10 off but that was all that was offered.

Could I somehow get this reward please?
