      <title>Unable to track my order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have my confirmation email and tracking number, but there is no information on it yet. It's been 48 hours and I've ordered a phone that is in stock and should be delivery next day. I'm waiting for an additional sim too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's ok, I have resolved my query over the phone.&lt;BR /&gt;I have had to process the order again as the web sales do not work on bank&lt;BR /&gt;holidays or over the weekend. This means my order would not have been&lt;BR /&gt;looked at until at least Monday.&lt;BR /&gt;I think EE should be more upfront with their customers about this.&lt;BR /&gt;My email confirmation stated 'in stock, usually despatched next day'...&lt;BR /&gt;No mention of having to wait over the weekend. On the website it even&lt;BR /&gt;states that in some areas you can get your phone same day.&lt;BR /&gt;It's a bit misleading. If no one web sales works on weekends you should be&lt;BR /&gt;told at the point of order that it won't be processed until the next&lt;BR /&gt;working day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for getting back to me.</description>
