&lt;P&gt;Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this and a tracking number so you can&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/orders-and-delivery/order-status/how-do-i-track-my-order" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;track your order online.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your device is with DPD, they will send a text the day before the delivery with the details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With you putting through your order on bank holiday Friday, I would recommend waiting until after the weekend for our team to pick up your request and manually process it on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;
