    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered an upgrade on the phone late last week. I paid for next day delivery (was told it would be with me Monday by the person on the phone)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday has gone and I didn't receive my new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having looked at the information on here i also didn't receive a email confirmation so I am unable to attempt to track my order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My EE o line is useless and tells me nothing about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I find out what is going on other than ringing to chase?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have already done that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No email in junk folder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I paid for next day delivery.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have same problem, I took the day off to receive the phone today and yet I haven’t had any confirmation emails of phone coming or upgrade details? I upgraded yesterday ....&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Our Customer Care team would be able to give you an update and also look at the cost of the delivery If it hasn't arrived when you paid for.&lt;/P&gt;
