      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently put an order through for a phone upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received an email saying they've got my order and they have given me a tracking number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However every time I put that number in it comes up with an error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone also know how long it should be for a phone to arrive?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said they'd keep me updated but I am yet to receive any type of update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
