Hi, how do I get my order reference number, I can't track my new phone without it.

I've had no email, and I've checked my spam

@Elizapull your order number will start with an XKO and you’ll get this when you order a device. and you receive a separate tracking number when the device has been allocated to you and ready for dispatched.

Thank you. My new phone was ordered over the phone yesterday, it's an upgrade,

I paid for next day delivery, I have not received any emails?

Could you check your junk/spam folders to see if you received an email?

You will get a text from DPD when your order is out for delivery.
