Good Afternoon,

My boyfriend referred me to EE and I just received my new SIM, but when registering I did not see the section to mention who referred me (I understad they get perks or something). Where do I write it down?

Hi,

Yes he did and I tried to purchase my new sim plan through it but half way through it gave me an error page (twice) so I started again on the normal website. I thought I could enter his details in a second moment but even when registering for my new account on the EE website i could not find a section for that.

Can I add it retrospectively?

What number should I call then? On the website it says to not bother anyone unless it is an emergergency, and to use the community chat.

We don't have access to your account though and some queries require that.

Vulnerable customers are prioritised, but you will still be able to speak to someone.
