      <title>Phone call required to process order?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a new phone today (upgrading a previous contract) and the whole process was fine - entered a pin to confirm it was me, made the purchase and received a confirmation email etc. However, I've just received an email saying that EE need more details before they can complete my order - Is there any way that I can provide this information online? When I've phoned the number provided I've been asked to not call unless it's something urgent - I'd rather not take up the phone line for more urgent requests or be on hold for ages waiting to be connected. But I can't seem to find anywhere to fill in this information online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
