    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an upgrade on the 23rd April for an upgrade from 4GEE Home router to iPad, I have an order number:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Order number:&amp;nbsp;xkoxxxxxxxxx&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Date:&amp;nbsp;23 Apr 2020&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have paid the early upgrade fee, but have not had any email other than the confirmation, no tracking details, and the site did state dispatched in 1 day. No changes to my EE Account either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any update as to how long it takes to process these orders?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am mindful to just cancel and order directly from Apple as i know i can get it in 24 hours, but seeing I cannot phone through right now, I am stuck with not knowing the status.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
